“Bee cottage is quite exquisite and the attention to detail is impressive. Everything you might need is to hand. A lovely welcome basket was much appreciated. A cuppa and slice of the delicious homemade cake on arrival was so good. A good base for getting out and about. Matlock Bath, Buxton & Chatsworth House all in easy reach and worth a visit. Excellent food at the Hanging Gate just up the road. Open fire, dog friendly and attentive staff. Would highly recommend this cottage and the area.”

“We stayed for the long weekend at Bee Cottage with friends. Wow this place is stunning! The owners have done an amazing job with the restoration and clearly have a fantastic eye for detail. A fabulous cake was waiting for us upon arrival along with a food basket with some essentials which was a lovely touch. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms had amazing showers with the main bathroom also having a bath. You can certainly tell that the owners have their customers comfort in mind.”

“Bee Cottage is a wonderful home from home and we had a brilliant stay. It was a lovely cosy haven for some rainy November days and is perfect for families with a lovely kids bedroom. The cottage has been renovated to a really high standard and all the rooms are beautiful and characterful.
